Visitor Privilege Card Application Process：
Step 1: Go to the service counter at any Shinkong Mitsukoshi store.
Bring your China UnionPay Card and passport or proof of entry/exit to the service counter at any SKM store to make your application for the Visitor Privilege Card.
Step 2: Fill out an application form.
Service counter personnel will provide you with an application form. Please fill in your basic information (name as it appears in your passport, passport number, birth date, gender, nationality) on the application form.
Step 3: Obtaining your Visitor Privilege Card
You will receive your Visitor Privilege Card and in-store discount information immediately after you successfully fill out the application form and give it to the service counter personnel.
